Toddler story time takes place each Friday in the downstairs meeting room of the Bitterroot Public Library. Story time begins at 10:30 and lasts approximately 45 minutes. Toddler Story Time is designed for babies through 2 years of age, accompanied by an adult lap.

It’s never too early to introduce your baby or toddler to the wonderful world of books and reading. Together you will discover the joy of songs, fingerplays, simple books and bouncing rhymes.

Preschool story time takes place on Wednesdays in the children’s area of the Bitterroot Public Library.  It begins at 10:30 AM and lasts 45 minutes.  Preschool story time is designed for children 3-5 years of age.  For more information please call Sally Blevins, Youth Services Librarian, at the library @ 363-1670.

We are happy to arrange library tours and visits for groups of children.  Students love a participatory story time, getting acquainted with library staff and volunteers, and walking through the library.  Each visit is 30-45 minutes, tailored to the needs of your group.  Please call the library at least two weeks prior to your planned visit to make arrangements (363-1670).
